Bismillahir Rahmanir Rahim Assalamualaikum, I, Nahid Akter, am serving as an Associate Professor of Management, Department of Business Administration, Asian University of Bangladesh (AUB ) since 2009. Recently, I was appointed as the Head of School of Business . I pursue teaching not only as a profession but also as a passion, which is about inspiring and motivating students so that they can realise and exceed their potential to achieve great things and be good human beings. My preferred research areas are Management, Supply Chain Management, Green Human Resource Management.
