I, Aysha Ashraf, have been serving as an Associate Professor in the Department of Business Administration at Asian University of Bangladesh. I am a PhD candidate in the Department of Business Administration at Bangladesh University of Professionals (BUP). I pursued my BBA and MBA in the Finance Department from the University of Dhaka. Over this period, I have written 10 articles which were published in renowned national and international peer-reviewed journals. Moreover, I have also attended many National and International conferences as a presenter. Many Workshops, Industrial tours, and Study tours have been conducted by me over the period.
