I am Mahbubul Hoque, Assistant Professor and Director, International Student Affairs at Asian University of Bangladesh. I have had the privilege of being a part of AUB since 2013 and I earned my MA in (ELT) English Language Teaching from Jahangirnagar University and completed several short courses on L2 Teaching Methodology, Research Methodology and L2 Teacher Education. My research field is Second Language Acquisition (SLA) and Methodology of Language Teaching and Learning. I also do my research on L2 Teaching Techniques and Syllabus Design and Materials Development. At AUB I usually teach both literature and language.
My teaching philosophy is very simple students do not care how much you know, until they know how much you care.
