Md Naimul Islam is a Lecturer in the Department of Government and Politics at Asian University of Bangladesh (AUB). He holds a Master of Social Science (M.S.S) and a Bachelor of Social Science (B.S.S) with Honours in "Government & Politics" from Jahangirnagar University.

His research interests encompass a diverse range of critical areas, including E-Governance, the Impact of Digitalization on Governance of Local Government in Bangladesh, Policy Making and Implementation from the perspective of Bangladesh, Government Systems in Middle East and South Asian Countries, and the geopolitical shifts following the Cold War. Particularly, his research delves into the transition from a Bio-Polarity State System to a Uni-Polarity State System and its impact on the global landscape. With a passion for exploring these complex topics, Mr. Islam contributes valuable insights to the fields of politics and governance

Mr. Islam brings a wealth of teaching experience, having previously served as a Lecturer at Gomail High School And College, specializing in Civics And Good Governance. Additionally, he has made significant contributions as a Social Scientist at the Centre For Injury Prevention And Research, Bangladesh (CIPRB), where he led a team in assessing service availability and healthcare-seeking behavior. His research interests encompass various critical areas, including E-Governance, the Impact of Digitalization on Local Government in Bangladesh, Policy Making and Implementation from the perspective of Bangladesh, Government Systems in Middle East and South Asian Countries, and the geopolitical transformations following the Cold War.
