The application was formally received by Professor Dr. Mohammad Shah Amran, Full-Time Member of the Bangladesh Accreditation Council, and Professor Dr. Mohammad Wakilur Rahman, Full-Time Member of the Bangladesh Accreditation Council, along with other officials.

Representing the Asian University of Bangladesh, Professor Dr. Md. Mosharraf Hossain Bhuiyan, Vice-Chancellor, AUB; Professor Dr. Mohammad Jafar Sadeq, Director, Institutional Quality Assurance Cell (IQAC); Additional Director of IQAC; and the Deans of the School of Business, School of Arts, and School of Social Sciences were present.
