I, Mohsena Akter, am serving as a lecturer in the Department of Islamic History & Civilization at Asian University of Bangladesh, Dhaka. I am really overwhelmed holding my post because teaching is my passion.
I pursued M.A in Islamic History & Culture from Jagannath University, Dhaka, in 2015 and B.A (Hons) in Islamic History & Culture from Jagannath University, Dhaka, Bangladesh. My preferred Research backgrounds are mainly focused in Nine Months of Liberation War, Women of Bengal in the Liberation War & Al-Qasr al-Hamra: An Unique Muslim Architecture in Spain. The courses I prefer to teach are History of Bangladesh, Development of Muslim Philosophy & Sects, Geopolitics & the Contemporary Middle East, History of North Africa & Spain, History of Contemporary Muslim Nations, Constitution & Socio-Economic Development in British India.
