The objective of the (MBA) program is to produce efficient and effective managers, corporate leaders and dynamic executive. This will be done by providing a strong foundation in the concepts, principles and techniques of modern business administration & management, encouraging case studies and research in the areas of in tersest in the field of business management and by providing a conducive venue for executives to interface, exchange views ideas and knowledge with academicians, professionals, practitioners and management personnel or corporate leaders of the country.

MBA PATHWAYS AND REQUIREMENTS
The requirements for MBA degree are as follows: The MBA Program has been designed to enroll students of various backgrounds. The standard credit hours requirement for MBA degree is 60. However, Students having different educational background and job experience will require completng different number of credit hours ranging between 36 and 60.
1. There are three groups in the AUB's MBA as under:
(i) Group-A (MBA - Executives): This group is meant for those who are already in service at the higher level/position in the reputed organization.
Candidates having 2 years full time job experience with Master's Degree/4 years Bachelor's Degree or 4 years job experience with Bachelor's degree.
Candidates are selected for admission on the basis of past academic records as fixed by the authority and through test.
Candidates may also be considered further course exemption up to maximum 6 credit hours, if obtained a minimum grade 'B' or 45% in the similar course (s) in Hon`s & Masters Program from a recognized university/Institution approved by the Government/UGC
(ii) Group-B (MBA - Regular): This Group is meant for those who have completed 4 years BBA degree with at least 132 credit hours. • Candidates having 4 years-BBA degree are required to complete 36 credit hours for MBA degree of which 6 credit hours comprise of internship and defense.
(ii) Group-C (MBA - Evening): This group is meant for all other graduates (and above) who do not fall under group A and group-B.
Candidates are selected for admission on the basis of past academic records as fixed by the authority and through test.
Students of group-C may be considered for exemption of Course(s) admissible under the rules if obtained a minimum grade B or 45% in the similar Course(s) at the graduate and/or post graduate Program from a recognized university/Institution approved by the Government/UGC.
